well what you can do is go on ebay and then look at the similar items that you have and get an ideal amount on how much those products are going for.

Try going to a home improvement store like home depot, they have different size floating shelves. They are easy to use. With these you cant mount them almost as a border around the room or kitchen and they wont be in the way or look cluttered. You can even have a small wall dedicated to just that, and then all of your collection will be in one place to be seen by all!
Also it wont take up as much room as a cabinet.

I would rotate your items. Only having a quarter of the items out at a time.
Get all the related items into 4 categories...you know...all the jadite in one pile and all the fiesta ware in the other...
Then artistically add pieces about your home for display. When the season changes get out a box and switch. This way when you are switching every thing gets dusted and re-organized.
Until you get a place with room for display this is a good option. Plus, every season you will feel like you are opening presents and you can remember to really cherish your items, instead of having them lost in the mountains of kitch. People who visit will notice and admire individual items this way too!
Have fun whatever you decide to do!

in a china cabnit. you dont have to get a big one. make sure it displays well. display all that you can in one. what does not fit store carefully. i also say switch from time to time. so it looks like you bought new ones from time to time.

A china cabinet might be the best solution, however I have seen some nice collections on a wall length shelf around a foot from the ceiling. It raises everything up and doesn't look cluttered.
